Have you read
? The hero definitely has the old world gentlemanly vamp thing going for him. This is a Kindle freebie as well. (As of today's date.)Warning, the relationship is a slow burn though. ☺
• The Morganville Vampires by Rachel Caine (15 book series)• Insatiable by Meg Cabot (2 book series)
• Twin Souls by K.A. Poe (4 book series)
• The Coldest Girl In Coldtown by Holly Black (stand alone)
I have to agree about A Hidden Fire, Elemental Mysteries. Excellent backstory but contemporary setting. Gio is definitely the worldly gentleman!New series that I love is The Florentine,
, along with the prequel,
.

I'm almost finished with the first one, and I have to say, I did not expect it to be that good!

I am in search of a series that includes vampires, who are in the present, but have lived a long time. I know...weird...but it's what I'm currently into. I like the historical feel, without reading something that takes place at that time...I want a great vampire book, with someone who is just a pure gentleman and loves with everything he has
Any suggestions?
