I was hoping on release day, if that's not possible then that week. Wow. It's a long book. I guess wait and see how many chapters. Off the top of my head, I would be comfortable to about 250 pages each day.

I'm about 35% done. (view spoiler)[I have heard that Nalini Singh said she hasn't written a book like this before. Zaira and Aden are definitely different from the other psy. It appears on some level they were able to recognize each other as their mate, however with Silence not being to consciously. It's sad that Zaira thinks something is wrong with her because she doesn't want to share Aden.
As far as wondering how they will be able to raise the new generation of arrows differently, I think they will do a good job, especially Zaira. I love how she feels the need to protect those weaker than her.
I'm trying to remember what happened in the last book with the human alliance. For some reason I think it's a radical group from the human alliance that is causing all of the problem right now. With some of the things that are happening, they are either arrogant or very sloppy. (hide spoiler)]

This book has been hard for me to put down. I'm about 88% done. (view spoiler)[Ok maybe the group isn't sloppy, however they are arrogant. At least since appears he doesn't realize that shifters, human and psy are working together he isn't causing the chaos he wanted. They are definitely smart enough to leave no trails behind when the people who he contracts with get caught.
Aden's power is awesome. I wonder if he will reveal to his parents exactly how he does it.

I finally got to read this one. I really enjoyed the story and the characters very much.
