Typically I am not into nonfiction as a whole but I just love reading about the Romonovs. Going to have to find a copy of this one.

No wonder the world spent decades clinging so tightly to the idea that one of the Grand Duchesses had somehow escaped.

The truth it no one escaped the horrific end the sisters had to face. Everytime time I think about the sisters, I get shivers -- I can't imagine their horror when they finally knew their destiny.
