SOLVED. Secret group that performs euthanasia for rich [s]

The story starts off with a rich guy skiing with his friends. There's an accident while skiiing and he thought he was going to die. The guy then says something about not letting him live if he's ever left in a state of bad health that he can't recover from. He signs up with this group that will kill him if he ever recieves a terminal diagnoses. He has a wife and daughters, they find out he has a teenaged son that he never knew about when the son shows up on his doorstep. He then recieves a diagnoses of a brain aneurysm and knows the group is going to kill him. His son takes off at some point along the way and the main character begins to evade the euthanasia group in an effort to find his son.
