Best P&P screen adaptation actors

This book has been adapted to the screen a few times. Who do you think acted their parts with the most integrity to the original characters?

Myself, I think Colin Firth was the best Mr. Darcy. And Keira Knightly really seemed to capture Elizabeth's sharp tongue.

I do agree with you, but I also like Matthew MacFadyen's portrayal of Mr Darcy - he brought out different parts of Darcy's character, and did so in a different way to Colin Firth, which I like. They both made excellent Mr Darcys, as they both brought something different to their roles.
I agree with you about Keira Knightley - you are right, she really captured Elizabeth's wit and sarcasm, whereas I didn't feel that Jennifer Ehle did that as effectively.
