book review of Your Mark on the World

Hello, I reviewed a review that is so perfect for "Helping Hands." It is Devin Thorpe's book that inspires us to want to make a difference. In my review, I only touched the tip of the ice burg about some of the inspiring people. Thorpe wrote his book "Your Mark on the World" while living in China. It gives an interesting glimpse into that culture. There are also charities and people featured who live in the USA and elsewhere. There is a lot of financial advice in the book as he encourages people to gain more financial security for their own family and to donate to their causes of choice. Here is a link.

Just a random thought while going back and reading this thread, the name of the book "Your Mark on the World" reminded me of something that was said to me just this week.
I was discussing my life goals with my therapist and he sat back and said basically get my butt in gear, that I could make a difference in the world. Nobody has ever one-on-one directly told me that before. But it's true for all of us. We can always do something to make a difference.

Wow! It is wonderful to know that everyone's life can have purpose. The timing seems right for you to really do some soul searching. However, I believe even if we haven't found our "passion" that there is so much we can do.
