add cover image for a book I'm reading?

We don't change covers on books that already have them unless there is an error. In this case it looks like the same ISBN was used on multiple prints of the book, I've added an alternate cover edition with your cover image here:

Thank you very much Vicky! I've never been too clear on how that goes -- covers seem to change every reprint.
