This sounds totally epic. I remember really liking the junior version, so I hope the unabridged edition is even better!

I read it a few years ago, it was awesome. (Spoiler ahead if you have never seen a movie or you don't know the plot) I read it with a group of friends and all of us couldn't agree on who was the worst of the bad guys and at least one I could understand and the revenge! Poor guy :-( Someday I have to read it again, it was REALLY awesome.
I read it a looooong time ago and enjoyed it. If you like this one, have a look at The Three Musketeers :)
I think I'm also reading that for the week in which the book is set in a place you've always wanted to travel to, because I've always wanted to go to Paris!
