I have been away from home for three weeks, and technology-free (by choice!) but am so sorry to have missed this discussion. I have now read it carefully.Heather - I've found your comments very wise and insightful, and it fills me with optimism to know that there are thoughtful (in both senses of the word) young medics like you around.
Yes, this is an exceptional book. If nothing else it opens the mind to other ideas and perceptions, and that has to be good.
Here is my review. It's a bit personal, and I was heartened to see that lots of those reading it automatically applied it to their own situations and experience too.
