I read this in school and even though I liked it back then, I still thought of it as a so-so book. I was probably too young to appreciate it. In my mind Boo Radley became larger than life and Atticus was but a bit player. Having re-read it recently, I can now see what the fuss is about and loved it. I have a new appreciation for Atticus
I also love Atticus!
Did I understand the ending correctly? That Boo stabbed Ewell and the sheriff wanted to keep him out of it, so he said that he fell on his knife?
