Hannah, I'm so sorry. I'm just really behind on all of my buddy reads right now. We had a family get together June 29-July 3 and I forgot some of my books, then when I got back my library had some books waiting to get picked up and they only give me 10 days from the day they get them. Long story short I had to finish some library books before I could do some of my buddy reads and now I'm playing catch up but I'm not winning yet. LOL

Finished 25 chapters and WOW! This book is really amazing!! I

What a predicament Juliet is in. I can't believe they (view spoiler)[wanted to use her as a weapon. Ugh! (hide spoiler)]

I knew that she (view spoiler)[knew Adam from somewhere. I was rather surprised that he was a soldier and felt bad for how betrayed Juliet felt. (hide spoiler)]

Warner (view spoiler)[is despicable! What an awful human being! Ch. 25 with the little boy that Juliet wants to help but ends up causing him to cry and scream. I don't blame her for wanting to kill Warner! It would be awful to have to worry about touching another human being, especially one you want to help. (hide spoiler)]

Omega Point (view spoiler)[appears to be on the up and up and I'm really glad there are others like her with abilities! I think they've found a good place. (hide spoiler)]

Adam (view spoiler)[was good throughout! I think their love story/romance is sweet and I hope it's kicked up a notch in book 2. (hide spoiler)]

Warner (view spoiler)[is only a BAD guy to me! He's the character I truly hate. I didn't like that Juliette responded to his touch because it concerns me that he might become part of a love triangle, but God I hope not! (hide spoiler)]

I'm finished. I ended up liking this book. I wasn't sure if it was going to be my type of book or not.

I really hope that Omega Point is for real. It would nice to know that people like them have a safe place to go to. I'm just afraid that they will not be as good as they want us to believe. I say that because I think back to Mockingjay and how those people turned out.
