Jean, nice to see someone else who is missing something with this Twitter thing. I'm not even good about being active on Facebook and updating my status there, so I can't imagine having to write little sentences about myself on Twitter all the time. I guess I just like groups like Goodreads better, where you talk about specific books and other topics with groups of people and have more "conversations".

Aside from GoodReads, I'm ok w/yahoo chat & facebook.
I like following other people. But i think I am far too boring with too litttle to say to tweet myself. I did use it when we moved because I could update from my phone and my family could follow us to know where and what we were doing but daily I got nothing. So for those that love it. YAY I get to follow you but sadly I must report im not follow worthy.

And Tera you are a very funny lady...tweet about AI and Anoop eyebrows. My tweets certainly not exciting.

So how do these people find you? Is there some kind of alert system that people sign up for to be notified if you Tweet about "yarn" or "Highlander?"
And Jo -- what kind of a creep followed you? That's really sort of frightening.

I didn't know it would work without the hashtags, but I guess that explains why cheaptickets.com started following me after I said I bought plane tickets home, haha.

I tweeted about Artful Blogging magazine the other day & now I've got a bunch of 'bloggers' following me. Yeesh.

my user name @cissygold

Go to the space at the top and type in names in the search box, I am under my name (Meg Seff)Also another way is once you get a friend or two go to their name page and look at the people they are following. If any are of interest click on their picture and click on follow.
I just started following Perez Hilton, he is hilarious

So you finally gave in to twitter! :) Cool! I have updates on for people I know only...including all Chicks.
I have an account. I used it when we moved so family could keep up with us.
Now I have nothing to tweet about. I'm tweetless in texas. I'm totally not worth following. I don't even follow myself.

Turn that on only if you want the updates to be sent to your cell phone (which you can opt to put in under "devices" if you want).
Tera wrote: "I'm tweetless in texas..." That is so cute! That should be your name there, lol! I'd follow you any day Tera (and in fact I do follow you there). It's also neat for having short chats.

Artful Blogging is an INCREDIBLE and inspiring magazine about blogs and blogging (quite expensive at $15 an issue but only comes out 4 times a year). I'm in love with it. I read the Spring issue cover to cover. Have to head over to Barnes & Noble for the Summer issue.

Anyway, I'm at twitter.com/JessiKay22"
I'm following you now!
I'm trying the cell phone thing, having the chicks tweets text mailed to me. Not sure how long that will keep up if I find it annoying, lol! (Then again, with my text alerts on vibrate... LOL!)

I love being random and hearing other's random thoughts. http://twitter.com/bmetzger5481

I will quit rambling here and try to figure this all out!

Holli,
I don't like using the Twitter app on my phone either...facebook on my phone is much easier to update.

Mine is: http://twitter.com/njmommy2boys

I'm following you now :)

I'm following you girls too. I'm still trying to figure out the whole twitter thing. LOL
