Literally like four chapters in and I'm already crying, I forget how much this book breaks my heart everytime i read it.

Book one, through chapter 4. (view spoiler)[I am really not a fan of the Dursleys. But I do wonder what life was like for Petunia, what her family was like. It's strange to me that none of Harry's grandparents are alive.

While I don't think the writing is flawless like so many people seem to, it is very vivid. I forgot how quickly things happen and yet hoe detailed they seem. (hide spoiler)]

Book one, through chapter 7. (view spoiler)[The introductions to all of the characters are great. Harry takes everything in the wizarding world very well, considering he'd never heard of it. And Hermione, I would like to know more about her family and how they reacted to her letter.

I had forgotten how annoying Percy was. He mentions being a prefect in every conversation we've heard at this point. And why doesn't Snape wash his hair or something? He's always described as greasy. (hide spoiler)]
