I screwed up: Need help adding and combining new edition

Hi, I was in the process of adding the epub edition of Heaven's On Hold: An Adam Wolf Thriller (ISBN: 9780987961549) - publication date February 1, 2013 - so I could combine it with the kindle edition but made the mistake of hitting "return" on my keyboard before I entered all the information. Now I have a blank cover of the title on goodreads with no info or cover. I'd really appreciate a helping hand.

Hi I was following tutorial on what to do so reviews from GR will appear on Kobo and it went smooothly until I attempted to combine editions and a red bar went across the top stating only librarians can do this action so now there are 2 editions and I need help please.I created this ebook edition "Blame it on Texas"by Tori Scott (ISBN: 9781466071193) published November 24, 2011 so it could combine with Kindle edition. I would really appreciate any assistance.
