How to add the Goodreads Facebook author tab

Under the Author Dashboard, there is an instruction on the subject. You have to be a rocket scientist to follow it.

2) You've already connected to Facebook (am I? Which one? to my profile page or fan page?)

3) Navigate to Goodreads Facebook App Page (Where? On my fanpage? profile page? Goodreads? I tried multiple times, only getting more confused)

4) Click "Add to My Page" in the settings menu on the right under the cover image. (NOTE: don't click "Go to App") (I cannot see "Add to My Page" anywhere. Probably because I did some stupid things in the previous steps.)
