Yelling while doing any of those seems to help build up adrenaline and cause more force sometimes too...

HOLY HELL!!! Johanna's right! They found Cocane in Red Bull! It happened in Germany but coca leaf extract is known to be part of Red Bulls' formula...
It's not enough to cause any SERIOUS health issues but they found it and now it's being recalled in some places...
