Taylor smiled all cuddled in his arms and kissed his cheek "night love." She fell asleep warm in his arms

(sure)Aiden parked the car and walked around to Taylor's side to assist her stepping out.
Taylor walked out with him smiling. She was so proud of him. She pecked his lips "you ready handsome?"
He grinned back at her. "Yeah, I can't wait to see everyone. It's been awhile since I've talked to them." He put an arm around her and led Taylor inside to the party. Inside, their were a lot of couples who were laughing and talking with one another. "Let's go say hi."(I forgot te names of his friends in the army)
"Ok, sounds good." She smiled at him. This was his night and she was so happy and excited for him. It was really fancy and there was awards on the stage and all the guys were dressed in there marine uniforms. She walked with him over to another couple.
Aiden smiled and greeted his pals. Soon after all of the chatting, speeches were made and people who lost their lives were honored. Every marine there got an award for their civic duty to the country and cheers and applause was everlasting. When Aiden's name was called he went to go get his award onstage.
They had sat at a table with his friends and there dates and ate. Taylor kissed his cheek before he walked up and cheered the loudest for him. ((Should he also get a special award?))
-sorry, was on vacation-As he was onstage, Aiden winked at Taylor and then went back down to her, talking her hand before sitting down. He watched all of the other marines go up to claim their reward, clapping for each of them.
Taylor smiled when he got his award and when he came back kissed his lips quickly "I'm so proud of you." She smiled looking at his medal. "Good job babe." She whispered. The announcer soon called it was time to announce the special award for greatest act of duty during service.

-FL-Aiden grinned at Taylor. He loved how supportive she was of him. Sometimes he still thought back to when he kept the secret of going away to the marines and hurting her. But when he saw her smile, those memories sank down and he couldn't help but be swept up by her. Aiden took her hand again and waited to see who the special award would go to.
Taylor smiled at him and pecked his cheek. She squeezed his hand and when they announced Aiden Marks and the crowd started cheering she still didn't realize it was her Aiden. Out of nowhere she realized it and clapped widely with the crowd.
Aiden didn't register that it was him until eyes starting falling on him. He smiled so wide and blushed a bit when he walked up on stage again. He looked straight at Taylor while he was up there and returned and kissed her when he got back to their table.-should he surprise her and propose?-
(Honestly its up to you when he proposes,whatever you think is the best.)Taylor was so proud of him and kissed him back "I am so proud of you Aiden."
-cool, here it comes...-"Hey, Taylor. I have a question for you." Aiden took her hand and stood her up, then kneeled down on one knee, pulling a black box out of his pocket. The box opened to reveal a diamond ring. "I love you more than anything. Will you marry me?"

Taylor didn't realize what was happening until he pulled out the ring. Everyone was watching and she felt tears running down her face. She was beaming ear to ear and she couldn't speak. She just nodded yes.
Aiden smiled and kissed her hand before and after sliding the ring onto it. He stood and pulled her into an embrace. "I love you," he whispered into her ear before noticing the applause around them.
Taylor was so surprised. She always assumed that her and Aiden would be together forever but now this really showed that they would be together forever. She hugged him and kissed his lips. She forgot about everyone else "your unbelievable." When they sat back down all the girls wanted to see the ring- Taylor hasn't even looked at it, and when she did see it she realized how huge the diamond was. It was beautiful.
Guys came over to congratulate Aiden with pats on the back. He couldn't keep his eyes away from Taylor for long. Aiden had already asked Taylor's parents for their blessing while Taylor was occupied. He'd saved up for the ring for awhile.
Taylor was talking to her new friends, all girls who watched their finances, boyfriends, and husbands leave for war. Every single one came back. After about an hour Taylor looked at Aiden wondering if he was ready to go 'ready?' She mouthed to him.
He nodded to her and said goodbye to his friends, promising to keep in touch. Aiden walked over to Taylor and put an arm around her waist. He kissed the side of her head. "You tired?" He whispered. "Cause I sure am."
Taylor said bye and smiled once she was in Aidens arms "yes I am, how was it seeing everyone?" She asked as they walked to the car. She felt so comftorble on Aidens arms and a ring on her finger.
"It was so awesome." He opened her door and helped her in. Aiden got in on his side and drove home. Once they were inside, Aiden changed and flopped onto the bed. "Taylor, come lay with me," he called out.
One of Aidens friends who knew about this caught the whole thing on video and Taylor watched it on the ride home laughing at her expression. They got inside and Taylor walked into there room "give me a second." she leaned down and pecked his lips before going to the bathroom. She changed out of her dress into shorts and a t-shirt and layed down next to him. She snuggled close. She held his hand and admired her beautiful engagement ring. She wanted to tell all her friends but was too tiered to make the calls.
He put an arm around her. Aiden closed his eyes and relaxed. This was probably the best day in his life. He lay thinking about all the time he spent with Taylor. He remembered the small moments, when they met or spent time together.
Taylor kept there hands together and layed on his chest. "Aiden... Did you want... To get married right away?" She asked him.
Aiden shrugged. "I don't think I ever really thought of a specific date, I just wanted to get my ring on your finger." He smiled at her then glanced at her ring.
Taylor smiled "I'd like to wait. I love the ring and I'm not taking it off because I know it's just going to be you and me. But before we actually GET married let's wait till after college... then well see what we want to do." Truth was that she still didn't know what they were going to do. She had her eyes set on Georgetown and she knew Aiden wanted to go to a different computer engineering school.

That's understandable- honestly I have forgotten about it because of school etc. it was fun while it lasted! It was cool meeting you online and everything.
