Nationality: Belgian, though lived in Russian for some time.
Looks:
Turk has wild messy red hair with golden highlights in it. His hair has the soft texture of feathers; it curls at the ends and his bangs fall to his jaw line. His hair is cut so that it could be caught up in a really short ponytail and it doesn't really fall into his eyes. Unless it is a stray strand or two.
His eyes are a dark cobalt blue, like a mountain lake. His skin tone was originally light but he got tanned from standing about open flames (his master deals with modern-day alchemy, so that requires someone to stand and guard the flames...)
Turk is young so his face is smooth and can (in a way) resemble a girl's face with a strong jaw. He wears normal button shirt and trousers, or just plain black T-Shirt and jeans with combat boots.
Really looks like this:
His clothes are mainly just plain T-Shirts and jeans with a jacket, but inside the house he just wears t-Shirts.

He was sent by his master to collect information on someone, like a spy. So he ended up at this ‘school’ when he followed the subject.
His master insisted that he enrolled (to his disbelief). He is obedient to some point but will complain when things get too hard. Turk seems to have a like-able charm to him, he acts cool in stressful situation even if he is raging in his mind, and he has a challenging grin that can get him into deep trouble.
And unfortunately, for his superiors, he looks for trouble when he is bored. As a result they keep him busy, and Turk shirks off his responsibilities when they become burdensome. Only when he thinks that the work is absolutely necessary, he will finish it: no questions asked.
He gets uncomfortable when people announce their love for each other and will stay clear away from them when they kissing. Often going over board and averting his eyes out of respect.
History(4 lines *required*):
Turk was sent to the establishment to collect information on a subject assigned to him. He's a spy, but he still needs to join anyway, as his Master, or Superior [whom is always referred to as Professor], told him to enroll. And so he is here slowly adding to his subject's file.
His only rule was one set by the Professor:
"Trust no one, and make no friends, only allies... Because in the end...
You can be sure as hell, not one of them were ever really your friends..."

Turk has some strong intuition for a guy.
He hates his father and Turk seems to like sweets a lot.
Family Orientation:
He has a mother and two other siblings. He is the eldest and because his father is away because he is in the Navy, and is out at sea, he helps with the house and the money with his mother when he can. He has a feeling that he had an older brother, but his father nor his mother seem to want to tell him.

Both Cassie's mother and grandmother (Though she passed away) were raised as magicians, while her father wasn't. Cas just arrived at the House.
