I read it years ago and remembered very little about it except that I loved it, so I'm in the middle of reading it again.
I just finished this and loved it. I had to run out and get the 2nd book in the trilogy so I could read it right away!
Planning to read this and the other books in the trilogy but probably not in time for the discussion. We'll see.
I plan to start reading my recently purchased ebook edition later today. I am looking forward to it as I love reading Berg's books.

Yes. I bought it last week for my Nook from B&N.
I read the first six chapters in a flash. Boy, have I missed Carol Berg's writing. Really liking it so far.
I read this last year, I think, and was completely absorbed by it. One of the best books I've read in recent years.

Well I found it and bought it on my Nook. I only had an old paperback copy and in my old age I just can't read them. The print's too small. Glad you're liking it! I loved it and could hardly put it down. Maybe I'll work in a reread.
Read this whole series - loved it. I will try to fit in a re-read -- still have the books. Definite keepers.
I hadn't thought to read this, but because I have read it before (about 2007 I think) I checked in with the spoiler thread. The comments there reminded me not only that this is a very good book, but that I have the next two in the series, waiting for me to read them.So I've started rereading this one and I'm hoping we'll be able to have some sort of informal read of the rest of the series in the next weeks or months.
I started last night, but really got into it today. I had forgotten just what a great writer Carol Berg is and I'm loving reading this again.
