Bella would have objected, and if they managed to get the child out without Bella's consent...well, I'm not sure what would happen. If I were Bella, I would be angry with Edward, not Carlisle so much, but I would certainly be angry with Edward. I'd let him know that he would never, ever, be able to make it up to me. After sometime, I would forgive him, but I'd still be saddened by the fact that my husband would do something against my wishes or consent, even if he thought it was the best thing for me.
