Please add new book from author

Hello. I am a new author and just created a goodreads account. My book nor my author information is pre-populating in any search fields, so I've created this thread to seek help in getting the book listed. As per a previous post on how to get a book added, I've included the following information:

* Publisher - Total Health Organization, LLC

* Publication date - January 22, 2013

* Format - Paperback

I did not add the cover, as the only one I saw on your site was a link to the amazon page, which we can't use. If you have a copy of the cover, you can upload to "more photos" on your profile and we can grab it from there.

Also, can you provide the number of pages?
