You go on a hike with 3 friends and you stumble upon a dark cave. in this cave you hear voices. You enter and see two pale people talking. As soon as they see you they have this blood thirsty look on teir faces.

...How about this.: You wake up in a dark musty room. Your head hurts and you are bruised and broken. Your head is groggy, and you have only bits and pieces of memory. Something about...there were people, they looked like people but they were something else, they had to be, because no human could be that strong. You had been in your car...with your friend...when they came and stopped your car. You had thought the car was exploding and then there were questions "Where is it? WHERE IS IT? They had beat you up...and then nothing. You can just make out the outline of the door on the far side...could it be unlocked? And just then, you hear footsteps echoing and the door opens...
