Hey everyone!

I was just curious what your thoughts are on the new Penguin covers! I really really like them! If you have NO IDEA what I'm talking about, click here:

Have fun! Which ones have you read? Which ones do you plan to read? Do you plan to buy any with these great new covers?

Louise I really like them too. That's why I created the list ;) Go vote!
Lots of lovely gothic titles on there too

I've read a lot of the list with other editions/covers so I won't name them all here. Since these covers started coming out though I've been steadily accumulating them (and silently cursing whenever I own the book already but with a less pretty cover). I now have:

Villette by Charlotte Brontë Great Expectations by Charles Dickens The Mill on the Floss by George Eliot Tom Jones by Henry Fielding North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell Moby-Dick by Herman Melville The Island of Doctor Moreau by H.G. Wells The War of the Worlds by H.G. Wells
all sitting unread on my shelves.

The Private Memoirs and Confessions of a Justified Sinner by James Hogg Lady Audley's Secret by Mary Elizabeth Braddon I treated myself to and read last year. I bought myself Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe the other day as well. I loved it when I was 9 so it's definitely due a rearead and that cover was too irresistable not to pick up.

If I enjoy the H.G Wells I'll probably buy The Invisible Man and The Time Machine as well so I have a set of matching covers. And I definitely covet the cover for Our Mutual Friend, but want to read a bit more Dickens first, have lots of his stuff on the shelf already.
