merging profiles?

Hi, this is Deborah Fruchey. I've just joined up, and I find I have a duplicate record with my middle initial - Deborah L. Fruchey - with two of my books on it. I wondered if they could be merged or the first profile changed somehow to include the "L", which I added later in my career when I found there was a woman with the same name as me in Ohio. The Deborah L record contains recent books, including a paperback edition I'd like to default to.

Please let me know if this is possible, and if you need any actions from me.

Since neither of the Deborah L. profiles had fans or anything I went ahead and moved the books over individually.

Since you are a GR author, only staff and you can make changes to your name. If Deborah L. Fruchey is what you are publishing under now, I would suggest changing it. This way, any imported books that come in will go to your profile instead of having to be moved later from one to the other. :)

I only find the one profile for you, the one without the initial. If you still see the other profile, please link it here, and we'll get it merged. As a GR author, you can always add the initial to your current profile, if they've already been merged.
