Can someone explain this to me. I've sent a message to Goodreads but have not heard back. My book "Finding What's Lost" has three ratings on Goodreads. Two 5-star ratings and one 2-star rating. However, on the book's profile, only the 2-star rating shows. I' curious. Does anyone know why this happens? I see from above that it is possible to refresh ratings. How can I do this? Thanks.

It looks like somebody just refreshed my ratings for "Finding What's Lost." That was fast and I thank you very much. Another question, though. I also have a 5-star rating on my book "Things I Remember." Is that rating added to the ratings for "Finding What's Lost"? If so, then it still needs to be done.
