The Host
question
should there be a sequel?

If so what do you think she would incorporate in the sequel? would it be better then the first one? would you read it? and if not why? do you think one novel's enough? for me personally I would love to read a sequel about the remaining humans rising up together to take earth back or perhaps even the possibility of humans and souls living together on earth. what do you think?
I really don't think there should be a second one. I believe the first ended perfectly, and i'm actually quite sad she's making a sequel. But if she really does make another I will have to read it because I'll want to know what happens otherwise it would drive me crazy. But if I could have it my way there wouldn't be another one. As for what she will incorporate I really don't know, some of the things you mentioned sounds like something that would be in there.
I agree with Deondra. It doesn't need a sequel, I would read it just to see what happened though. Even though I didn't like the first one very much.
I would have said yes to a sequel a couple years ago, but Meyer has put off doing a sequel for The Host for such a long time that I'm not interested in one anymore.
