I haven't played White Wolf yet - looks good! :)

Now you've got me anxious to play that game! :D I like some trickiness and humor to the games! :D I'm going to be playing Alibi in Ashes hopefully more soon. Have you played that one yet? :)

I asked a Nancy Drew expert friend of mine and she said that she believes that the White Wolf game is based kinda on or inspired by The Mystery of the Mother Wolf. :) Not sure if Thornton Hall is based on a book. I'll have to find out! :) Haven't played it, but like you said, looks spooky!
I've read Mystery of the Mother Wolf years ago. Haven't read Whispers in the Fog :-) I really need to catch up with the nancy drew computer game series! it's been a while!
Currently reading Sever :-)

Lately I've been letting the members choose what they'd like - seems like everyone is satisfied with that at the moment :-) What book would you like to read for this month, Andrea?

Sounds great, Andrea! I already made a discussion topic for the book. Feel free to share your thoughts over there once you start the story :-)
Kaity, have you read all those books recently, or are you currently reading all of them? I've read those Nancy Drew books except I don't think I ever finished the crocodile one. I really enjoyed the Selection, book 1 and 2. :-) And I've been wanting to read Code Name Verity!

That's great, Elizabeth! Are you reading them in order?

ha ha! I agree, Nancy needs a younger narrator :-) I didn't know there's audio books of the GD series. Cool! I've read a few of them.

you're making good progress :-) I'm reading them in order, too, but I sometimes read one that's not in order if I'm doing a buddy read or group read. :-)

That's great, Elizabeth and Liza! I'm trying to read them all, too.
Liza, it's great that you finished the Haunted Showboat. I'm a little behind on my reading but I think I'm on chapter 13.

Before that I was reading:

However this year I really want to read some more Nancy Drew. I have a ton of the original mystery series, a handful of the Nancy Drew files, and I even got my daughter some "Nancy Drew and the Clue Crew" books as well. I can't believe they are still making Nancy Drew books. I just saw two of the new ones in Barnes and Noble. They are all from Nancy's point of view. Has anyone read them? I think there are only 2-3 in this new spin-off series.

Are you talking about the Nancy Drew Diaries series? I have read the first 2 but didn't care for them. However, I am going to read the 3rd one because my book friend wants to buddy read it with me.
I enjoy the Clue Crew series which are geared to much younger readers.
I also love the Files series. In fact, I'm currently reading one of them, #98 Island Secrets.

I have only read one of the Clue Crew books with my daughter so far, but I bought her a second one I hope to read with her this summer. As much as I love the original mystery series, I am also really enjoying the Nancy Drew Files. The last one I read was something about a tower at a ski resort where the girls were staying. The name of the book is escaping me at the moment but it was such a charming little read.
Let me take few lines to introduce myself and my little mission..
During my school days , I loved reading Nancy Drew books, but couldn't get hold of all the series and read according to sequence , though it never mattered as each story is independent and Nancy experience used to grow more in solving mysteries with each book
But now I feel as most of the books are available in net or as books in library or online , Lets read them all and again :)
This year, my target is to finish reading some of the Nancy Drew books,
Nancy Drew Mystery Stories - 1-64 (Grosset & Dunlap)
Nancy Drew Mystery Stories - 65- 175 (Simon & Schuster)
Nancy Drew Files - 1- 124
My reading speed is 3-4 hours for each Nancy Drew book.
So with my free time in a day , I am able to complete reading one per day.
I have started from the first book and completed so far..
1 The Secret of the Old Clock
2 The Hidden Staircase
3 The Bungalow Mystery
4 The Mystery at Lilac Inn
Till now , the best story I liked is "The Secret of the Old Clock".
I am still with Nancy and her friend Helen solving mysteries. I know in future her two cousins will get introduced Bess and George and then the mysteries will be more fun to read .. I hope they come soon in series...
Currently , I am reading "The Secret of Shadow Ranch"
If anyone interested in joining this marathon with me and discussing the books as we go by , please let me know , we can create a reading discussion within this group.

Divya, that is a great idea to do a marathon read :-) I don't have as much free time to read one book per day, but I'd definitely like to discuss the books with you!

I manage to steal my time after dinner for reading these ND books , some gets over in the same day and some spill over to next days . (Thanks to Kindle ). But it becomes boring if I read them only , so I have given the marathon 1-2 breaks meanwhile and read other books.
Currently reading : #7-The clue in the diary.

Sounds good that you're taking breaks :-) I do most of my reading before bedtime.
