When you write down all the page numbers of parts you loved (Fluffy Fourtris moments, action packed scenes etc.) in a notebook so you can go back and read them when you feel sad :)

When you smile for an hour after hearing a divergent-related word at school whilst everyone looks at you in a slightly creeped out way, like 'is she possessed?? Why is she smiling so much??'

When you state the obvious by saying that you are a *book*nerd to your friends, they look at you like you need therapy and say 'Ishbel!! Why would you call yourself that?? Your not a nerd!' And I just look at them and I just say, 'do non-nerds get exited about sneak peeks of (divergent) trailers??' And they shuffle uncomfortably on their feet and say, 'uhh... Yeah...' An I'm like 'riiiight...' Ps. By 'Nerd' I just mean someone who is completely obsessed with something, not someone who plays board games and lives in their parents basement until they are 46, I would describe them as geeks (there of course is a HUGE difference!) :)

When you make a deal with people you know to read Harry Potter if they read Divergent!! I've got one person on board already!!
When all you want for Christmas is a big pile of books and a Divergent poster!! :)
(I actually did this BTW!!) When you go around the top level of a (mostly empty) car park and take pictures whilst half-shouting IT'S SO DIVERGENT-Y!!! And when you wander around town and find yourself in a bookshop (the biggest one closest to you!!), you whip out your iPad and start taking pictures of your favourite books, right next to the crowded café, but you don't care, because you are too big a fan and are living life LIKE A DAUNTLESS anyway, so nothing to worry about!! :D

When you preorder Allegiant months in advance (only to have your heart torn out :,(), get it and read it the day it comes, and have a list of people that includes about half your skewl waiting to borrow it.
When the cover of your Allegiant is a little ripped because you took some time to throw it at the walls in anguish after you finished reading it.
So I'm guessing you didn't like the book? :p
I did like it, (very very much I reread it like a bajillion times already) I'm just mad that it had to end that way! :( I don't like sad endings!

O YA OMG ITS AWESOME!!!!! SOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOSO EXCITED!!!!! I really hope it's good! I've seen like every trailer/preview/interview and it looks amazing so far! I noticed a couple of page to film changes tho... I really hope they stick to the book because the it's a priceless, untouchable piece of awesomeness and Hollywood should not mutilate it like they did to the Percy Jackson/mortal instruments/ beautiful creatures (fill in the blank here) movies. BUT AAAAAARGH I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT ANOTHER FOUR MONTHS!!!!!

The worst movie book/movie adaptations were The Mortal Instruments :( (I was so sad that the movie was so bad, I really love the series!) and Percy Jackson.

When you message Veronica Roth a kajillion times on goodreads
When you make your own soundtrack for the divergent movie
When you already bought tickets to the divergent premier (which isn't till feb I believe)
When you pay your friends just to give divergent a try
Etc XD
When the answer on your math homework just happens to be 4 and a silent tear rolls down your cheek ;(

When you connect EVERY SINGLE THING in your normal life to the Divergent worldWhen you dress in the colors of your favorite faction for the release of Allegiant... or just every day
When you have a mini heart attack every time you see a news article about Divergent
When your favorite number is 46
When you get all your friends AND their parents to read it
etc...
When your running in athletics and say to your divergent-lover friend: "come on! We have to catch up to the dauntless train!" *both start running twice the speed you were before* .....*then trip* o.0When athletics actually seems fun because you imagine your training at the dauntless compound
I've fallen more times than I'd like to admit XD When someone around you says "Yah I just finished divergent, I think I'm going to read the 2nd and 3rd book!" And you just sit there silently die a little inside

Four's appears in my life almost every day.

I'm actually worried if they show the trailer. Think about it:People that haven't read the divergent books would be sitting there looking at the screen going "HAHAH JUST A COPY OF THE HUNGER GAMES!" Even though it's not, (NOT AT ALL) I'm afraid people would judge before they read :p
