Hi,

Could you please combine the different editions for "God's Glory in Salvation T?hrough Judgment: A Biblical Theology" by James M. Hamilton, Jr.?

There are at least 5 different pages for this book.

Could you also please add the Kindle edition for this book?

I have the Kindle edition.

The mobipocket (Kindle I guess) ISBN is 978-1-4335-2134-8. The front cover looks the same as the hardcover edition. It has 16719 locations (Kindle jargon).
