I loved the first book. I haven't read the next one yet, but that's mainly because I suspect I'll want to own them in paperbacks and not ebooks, so I'm waiting for my bank account to be replenished again, and buy the whole series in one go. ^^
Yzabel save up now and buy the second book! This series only gets better. It is my favorite dystopian series and I am fan girl when it comes to Mr. Ness.

I'm positive it is. I can always tell when my goldendoodle has had a "good poo". She comes barreling back into the house through her doggie door and runs a lap through the house to celebrate. She normally just saunters back in. I always ask her, "Good poo?" :)

This is my favorite series, period! I have yet to read a Patrick Ness story I haven't loved - they're all so beautiful and thought-provoking.I really really hope the movie does justice to the book! It's hard watching movies of your favorite books because you love the books beyond reason and the movie just can't compare (I'll see how that feels with the Ender's Game movie haha).
Ugh! I am so nervous for the movie! Has it started production? This is far and away my most favorite dystopian series and it is a close second to Harry Potter for favorite YA series. Gah! I luuurrrve it!

Well it has taken like 10 years for them to start the Book Thief so I won't hold my breath. Of course with books that I didn't love the movies came out right away (Beautiful Creatures, Insurgent, Mortal Instruments). Blurg! Oh well - they normally screw the movie up anyway!

And yeah, I get what you're saying about how they stuff up the movie but I still want to watch it *pout* And point out everything that goes wrong... lol :)
Does anyone here know how I might get my hands on 2.5 and 3.5 for this series? It's not available on Amazon and there have been several reviews that say "to get the book, click here" but none of the links work. I have even sent him an email through his website but never got an answer. I'd love to read them. I can't imagine why an author would write books and make them unavailable.
