What did WICKED do to Newt?

So everyone remember how in The Death Cure Newt was acting real angry in the beginning? Well I want to find out what WICKED might have done to him while Tommy was in that room. What are your thoughts?

for some reason i think newt figured out that he was sick, and he just started getting mad about that... but if we are thinking WICKED did something to him...then... maybe they gave him his memory back?!

I think that he realized he was going crazy, because of the Flare.

Lol I have no actual idea, but for some reason I thought they tortured him or something. Or did something to really hurt him idk

Ohh ya, they could have. Didn't they keep Thomas locked up in a room too? They could use done the same with newt... Only when they did it to him it pronounced the effects of the flare.. Then he finds out... And gets angry!

I think that Newt might've gotten either his memory back or sensed that he was sick. He seemed mad mostly toward Tommy so maybe they told Newt that Tommy had caused all of it...

I think that it was just the flare starting to affect him. Whatever they did to him I'm sure definately stressed him out, and they said that the more stress and decision making and activity put on the brain speeds up the process. Or maybe the rat man had already told him that he had the flare; he went to see Thomas and told him that he was immune in private, how do we know that he didn't make private stops in with all of them?

That's a good point. I did think that from the start. Or something along the line of it :p poor baby :(

The Flare started infecting him; it made him just barely loose enough sanity to get him angry and pissed. The reason why he was angry with Thomas, is cause he asked Thomas to end his life, and Thomas didn't at the Crank Palace. Sadly, later in the book Thomas is confronted with Newt (who has now almost past "gone"), and is pressured to pull the trigger and end Newt's life. The sad reality of the late, Newt.

maybe they did they locked him in a room like they did with Thomas. But that acelerated the process of the Flare. And he realized it, and got all angry at Rat Man.

Ya, He actually went crazy because of his harsh life with the Flare and with the tension in the place he was in, but afterwards Idnk man.
