Please help with book title

I read this book so long ago and I have googled so many possibilities that I am bug eyed. I did find someone else looking for it and love her synopsis of the book, so I am copying her description. It is thought that the book is called Enchanted by Michael Haytt, but I cannot find anything at all.

It is a fairy romance and the book begins with brothers coming back from the crusades, one is tempted by a fairy woman(main character). Her name maybe starts with an R, she has purple eyes and a special fairy scent. They marry and find out about past family involvement with fairies. There is a sacred circle of stones where fairies would lure humans to mate and have offspring. The hero must choose between the main character or the fairy queen?
