Perspective, social class, and other concepts

Voices in the Park is a wonderfully written post-modern picture book that is geared towards school aged children. It explores multiple concepts, such as experiencing the same thing from four different perspectives, social class, and differences in age and gender. I thought the author did a nice job of distinguishing the characters from one another with the use of different fonts, colors, and unique illustrations. I think this book would be a great addition to any classroom where these concepts would be taught.
