Book has incorrect author name

I have a book titled Rebecca, but it looks like it is generating a bad author profile and not associating correctly because the author name on the book doesn't have a period after the middle initial.

It should be associated with my profile "Adam J. Nicolai" (note period after middle initial).

Fixed. I also removed the duplicate editions of "Alex".
