well.. mayb not hate.. but seriously luna, ben barnes?? i think we should find another actor to play dmitri, since both orlando bloom and ban barnes are a no.. wht do u think??
no one is perfect enough! Well... I suppose that's why they call them actors, they get out of themselves to become their role
Well, to answer the main question, I definitely prefer Vampire Academy over Twilight. I liked Twilight at first, but after a couple of re-reads, I got sick of how constantly we're told of Edwards good looks and perfection and how Bella does nothing but swoon over his Adonis features and faints from his sweet breath. That's all it is, and then a hint of a plot is thrown in at the end with James trying to kill Bella. And then came Breaking Dawn. Ew. I won't even go into my rant on that book.I have to agree that Ben Barnes & Orlando Bloom are not quite Dimitri worthy.
How about Zac Efron? .........Ahahahahahahahahaha! Just kidding. I have no idea who would make a good Dimitri.

since twilight has become so stereotypical (and i am completely against stereotypical-ness, i choose to stand out from the crowd), everyone is reading twilight, falling in love with it, yada yada yada...
then the maximum ride* movie will come out next year and there will be a battle of the obsessions... so what i say is this: its ok to like books, but it isn't a religion. my favored book now is Vampire Academy, because twilight is repetitive, and a bit sappy. (i just decided this awhile ago, cuz i thought long and hard about it. i felt i had to get it off my chest, thats why i posted it)
*for those who don't know, maximum ride is a book with a lot of action and flying people. I liked this book, and my friend is obsessed with it, so i thought I'd mention it

That's what so crazy about Twilight....I've seen a site where they are turning it into a religion.....or cult would be a better word. They call themselves 'Cullenists'. IDK.....to me, it's weird.

Dimitri Belikov would be greatly played by jared padeleki because they're both hot and hes badass in supernatural... Lissa could be played by taylor momsen from gossip girl---jenny. Jesse Zeklos can be played by chace crawford. Adrian could be played by Jensen Ackles
jared padeleki is hot but not how i imagined dimitri...

no i have to agree. Vampire Acadamy is like 10thousand X better than Twilight. and i even used to be addictd to Twilight. now its like... dude, what the crap! Twilight isn't that friken great! gz...

i used to like twilight a lot also. almost to the point where i was obsessed. but then i thought about it, and the books just rnt that good. VA is so much better.
