Well they really shouldn't be compared. I hate how everyone compares all vampire books to Twilight, like it's the pro of all vamps. Don't get me wrong, I love Twilight, and VA, but they shouldn't be automatically compared cause VA has vamps and Twilight's like a super successful vamp book. I'd say I like one for some things and the other for other things. Cause they have diff characters, diff types of vamps, and diff plots.

i love both, but after reading blood promise, twilight was officially beaten
i love vampire academy more, because its more realistic and the characters have flaws which make them more lovable
