Hello everyone.

From there you can find me most anywhere else you might want to look (I think) anyway there's a tab with all my links.

I have a idea in flow for a book in which i may need your help to research, ie, loactions in your area and such, if you'd like to help me with some questions that would be great?!

Hi Darren, nice to meet you. I'm Eve Rabi and I write fiction for women. I'm a full-time writer and a workaholic. And chocoholic.:)
Looking forwards to interacting with the group.
Eve

Wow Matt, congrats on your success.

I just love hearing these positive reports! May your book hang on to the top spots for a good long ride.

Thanks, I am just in the process of editing and proofing my next novel, a collection of 13 short horror stories called "Asylum"

I just checked out Gated on Amazon and 'liked' it for you. LOVE your opening sentence/paragraph!.

Congratulations on winning and award on your first book! I 'liked' Askari on Amazon for you.
Best of luck on strong sales.

I just joined, also. Still figuring out how this all works, but will be checking out all your books when I can.
I write vampire thrillers, thrillers, supernatural adventure, and a new YA coming-of-age, slightly supernatural novel Ancient Mariners I'd love to get some feedback on.

Ancient Mariners

The Riyria Revelations:

THEY KILLED THE KING. THEY PINNED IT ON TWO MEN. THEY CHOSE POORLY.
There's no ancient evil to defeat or orphan destined for greatness, just unlikely heroes and classic adventure. Royce Melborn, a skilled thief, and his mercenary partner, Hadrian Blackwater, are running for their lives when they're framed for the death of the king. Trapped in a conspiracy that goes beyond the overthrow of a tiny kingdom, their only hope is unraveling an ancient mystery before it's too late.
The Riyria Chronicles:

TWO MEN WHO HATE EACH OTHER. ONE IMPOSSIBLE MISSION. A LEGEND IN THE MAKING.
A warrior with nothing to fight for is paired with a thieving assassin with nothing to lose. Together they must steal a treasure that no one can reach. The Crown Tower is the impregnable remains of the grandest fortress ever built and home to the realm’s most valuable possessions. But it isn’t gold or jewels the old wizard is after, and this prize can only be obtained by the combined talents of two remarkable men. Now if Arcadias can just keep Hadrian and Royce from killing each other, they just might succeed.

First off Eve, i wish you the best of luck with your books, although it's not my genre i'm affraid, (being a bloke an all!)- however i feel that the market for your book must be huge.
Matt, your books are more up my street, i have put your book in my wishlist for now, only because i've got so many books still to read and review but rest assured i think it looks great.
Alex, David and Micheal, liked your books too!
There is a great, very active facebook group you should search for called "the awesome gang," you all should join it. I have made many friends there and been given so many books to read and review that i have to put a stop on all this downloading books for the time being, as realistic objectives on how many hours in a day there are to read would cause me to make promises i cannot keep. Anyway, I am always looking for anyone that might like to review mine so if you think you're interested, bearing in mind i can't really return the favour for sometime, please let me know.

Hi guys, hope you're all having a good day.
I am currently having a little success with my eBook dark thriller "Gated"
Since its launch on 6th Dec 2012 it has stayed around the top 5 UK Amazon Horror/Thriller Chart and the top 10 UK Amazon Horror Chart. Not too bad for an indie author taking on the big boys.

Come June, the sequel to Prince in Hiding will be out; it's at the editor's now, and next year the last of that trilogy will come out.

I know how to get a code for a free download from Smashwords, but not from Amazon. Is there a way to do that? Can anyone do a review, or do you have to buy a copy from Amazon?
Thanks for your help.Ancient Mariners

My lone novel, The Elementals, has been received very well by readers so far, and I'm always looking for more to experience it. Reviews, interviews, likes, etc. are always welcome!

Now I'm off to like everybody's Facebook and Amazon pages! : )
Hi there! I'm an in-the-closet writer. That is to say, none of my friends and family have read the stories coming from my pen, and most don't even know I'm writing. For the moment, I prefer to keep it that way...
You can find me here:
Website: http://www.sonnygoten.tk
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SonnyGoten
Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/SonnyGoten/e/B0...
Though I realize my books may not be for everyone, I encourage you all to please to take a look at them! Who knows, you may actually like them... or throw them into the nearest bin!

But here is the thing: I can only work with what you give me. I, and all my followers have the attention span of a Gnat.
If you post a link to your book's page on Amazon I can like it and pin it to pinterest with a link to the book so if my pinfriends like it they can click straight to it and buy.
If you post a link to your book here on Goodreads I can do all the cool goodreads things
If you post a link to facebook I will 'like' you or friend you or whatever is on offer when I click through. Same goes for Twitter. But if you don't follow back I will unfollow after a while. . .It only works for me if there is a 2 way conversation.
I see that some of you are offering your books in exchange for a review, but there are hoops to jump through or money to be dished out. I strongly urge you to post the whole book up on goodreads for this. If you go to my book page (link below) you will see that you have the option to read the whole thing just below the cover pic and the * rating. I'm not too fussed who reads it on goodreads because if they like it they will spread the word and not everyone wants to read on their computer, and best of all, they might post a review. (lots of them have)
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16...
Wherever I can pick up your books for free I will try to read them. If I think they are good enough for 4 stars I will post a review. If I find them to be badly written or anything I will keep that to myself, and I will never swap reviews. It helps if you alert us to your Amazon freebies so we can pick them up there. You get Amazon ranking kudos. Darren, picked up 'That Night' this morning, hope to see it fly up the lists.
Sonny, please do not say 'I realize my books may not be for everyone'. Let people find that out for themselves, but if you tell them they probably won't like it, they won't. Besides everyone's book is not for everyone. I loved your website and I see you have a several books. You have obviously worked hard; give yourself the credit.
Troy, your cover is a work of art, as is your website. Beautiful.
Okay enough talking from me.

I have a website: http://www.thewritingdeputy.com
I also have a blog that I like to keep light and humerous: http://thewritingdeputy.wordpress.com
Excuse me while I go check out some of your guy's websites.

My name is Richelle E. Goodrich and I love to write. I would gladly spend all my time doing just that, if only.... My works of fiction are geared toward YA but seem to please adult audiences. I am new at this (a noob, as my boys would say); discovering helpful author tools and options daily. I finally got a Facebook page and am managing to figure out the strange hieroglyphic language of Twitter.
I have one book in a series self-published so far, a fantasy/romance/adventure.
Eena, The Dawn and Rescue

(Go ahead, click on the picture!)
The book is available through amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/Eena-The-Dawn-R... and barnesandnoble.com http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/eena-...
Follow me on Twitter @REGoodrich. I'd love to follow you as well!
I'm hoping to learn a great deal in this group. Soooooo many stories to share! :)
Oh yes, and you're welcome to visit my author blog at http://www.regoodrich.blogspot.com
"I love words. I crave descriptions that overwhelm my imagination with vivid detail. I dwell on phrases that make my heart thrum. I cherish expressions that pierce my emotions and force the tears to spill over. In essence, I long for a writer's soul sealed in ink on the page."
— Richelle E. Goodrich

I took a look at your blog and even wishlisted your book. I wanted to leave a comment or two there, and even subscribe (my preference is by email) but for the life of me I couldn't find any way to do either one. Great posts though, I may have to follow your example.

I appreciate the kind words. There should be a follow button at the top of the site.

My name is Tanya Miranda and I am a Queens NY native turned Jersey Girl. I am a programmer by trade and I have been writing on the side for years without once thinking of publishing. I especially like to make my characters suffer, but in a self-deprecating sort of way that hopefully will make you laugh.
My first novel,Dramani, is a science fiction thriller/romance.

You can find it on Amazon.
Also, check out some of my short stories on my blog, http://www.tanyamiranda.com . My personal favorite, right now, is Blue Bird's Melancholy.
Enjoy!

I looked again. Nope - I did find the comments though. haha

@ Karen: Thanks, I needed that. ^_^ I'm not the most self-confident writer here, you see, which is one of the reasons why I don't let my friends and family read them...
I noticed you liked my facebook-page, so I returned the favour. ^_^ I also added you on my Twitter!
I have a twitter myself where I have the same username, but I rant about all sorts of nonsense on it, I don't just use it for writing.

@Crystal: I liked you back! ^_^

I've liked all the books with an Amazon/Kindle link, and marked To Read all the Goodreads links.
None of my books or stories are listed as "Free" at the moment, but if you're interested in reading and reviewing anything - I'd be happy to send you a PDF file or arrange a free download from Smashwords. I don't know how to send a free download from Amazon. Except, unfortunately, for Blood Justice which is managed by the publisher.
Although I have to read on my computer because I don't own a Kindle(OMG! Really?) I plan to read and review any of your books I can.

I like the idea, also. I do have an occasional blog: http://davidburtonwriting.wordpress.com
However it doesn't have many readers, so not much exposure. It's more ideas for writers, readers, and regular people.
But... it probably won't hurt.
My novel Ancient Mariners is an adult/YA coming-of-age, revenge story. I thought it might be too dark for YA readers until I read some other YA books. My body count can't compete!
If your interested, I'm interested.
Another idea might be to post interviews with one of your characters.
I have one for Sneaker, a character in my Hell Cop novels - http://dcburtonwriting.wordpress.com/....
Cheers,

I wasn't going to do this but with 3 days left I have to try, though this is a bit off topic.
My Short story An Accidental Vampire is in a small contest and needs votes. If you could take a minute and go to www.voteformyebook.com and vote for An Accidental Vampire, I would greatly appreciate it. You have to register, but it's a quick process - usually.
www.iwritereadrate.com is another place to list and sell your books. Haven't had much in the way of sales, but exposure is exposure.
Cheers.

I agree, exposure is exposure! My blog doesn't have many readers either, but I'm willing to bet we don't have the same readers. A simple author interview might be fun, and it would offer a little more exposure! I love the idea of interviewing your own character. Hadn't thought of that. I'm going to do that on my blog. Thanks!

I do write interviews for Self Publisher Magazine, www.selfpubmag.com so if you would like me to inteview you please drop me an email at toonedelic@hotmail.com
Also, i'm affraid to say, after all good reviews so far, 4-5 stars, i got a pretty bad, two stars - blast! They knocked it on the fact that it had some spelling mistakes. It never was my strong point - so if anyone would like to proof read a book, its not too long, then i would be grateful and even pay in cake or kindness (personally i would opt for the kindness as my cake making is worse than my spelling!)

My epic fantasy novel The Riddler's Gift is part of a series called The Tale of the Lifesong, and is followed by Second Sight.

On Amazon these books are

There's more information on my blog, where I post stuff about fantasy writing or writing fantasy. http://greghamerton.com/
I'm mostly interested in sharing experiences about marketing Kindle titles: what works, what doesn't, advertising sites that are just a rip-off, new ideas for promotion. I look forward to a lively discussion.

Karen, thank you for the helpful link! : )
Darren, Selfpubmag interview, yes please. I'd volunteer to review your book, but the cover scares me. (sorry, I'm a whimp. I still happily watch Disney cartoons for entertainment.)

I'm a graphic designer, so I came up with the concept and did the typography, but the character art is the brilliant work of theDURRRRIAN - just search for him on http://deviantart.com/ It's a good place to search for art styles you like, then contact a few artists for cover art estimates.
