I read this about 6 years or so ago, it was new at the time. A group of people signed up to be locked in an old theater for a week or so, can't remember exactly how long, so they can write. Each chapter was about a different character, a little story of their past. So it was short stories inside a larger plot. Some one starts messing with them, making them think the food is going to run out, the theater is haunted, someone is trying to kill them, and so on.
