Looking to get my hands on Wallbanger by Alice Clayton as my next read.

message 512: by Ashley (new)

Ashley | 449 comments Lol I just read my second pick. A lady most willing. And while I liked it I couldnt help wanting more of each couple stories. I think that is the downfall of have three stories by three different authors put into one book. 2.5 stars

~Leslie~ (akareadingmachine) | 1934 comments HI Carrie thanks for my pick Once Burned (Night Prince, #1) by Jeaniene Frost
It would have taken me a long time to get around to reading this and now I'm totally Team Vlad!! I can't wait till the next one comes out as we are definitely left hanging. Loved it!!
I'm going to try and read one more of your picks this months but I haven't decided what yet. I will let you know!

I just finished my 2nd pick of the month Wallbanger by Alice Clayton LOVED IT! will be definitely reading more books by this author. Five Stars from me!

message 523: by Pollyanna (new)

Pollyanna (polly8) | 300 comments Hey Carla I finished The Fault in Our Stars last night and gave it 5 stars, such a lovely read. I really liked the characters and although I didn't cry I would definitely class it as a tearjerker. I haven't read a book by John Green yet that I didn't like so I hope that continues.

Thanks for the pick

message 524: by Cacophony (new)

Cacophony | 102 comments Hi Nicole,
Just letting you know I finished Beautiful Disaster. I had some mixed feelings because I didn't really like the heroine. But it was definitely a page turner and an interesting look at a dysfunctional relationship. I feel the need to read some more YA romances now.

message 525: by Nicole (new)

Nicole | 13 comments Good, I read a lot of YA romance, they are my fav.. Have u read love unscripted by Tina Reber? Great book!!!

message 526: by Skandia (new)

Skandia (sfgirl) | 972 comments Gigi,
finished reading my first pick On Dublin Street. I think I liked it enough for 3,5 stars. I had a little issues with both Braden and Joss' extreme jealousy, otherwise very good book.

I haven't but I will try to hunt down a copy. I started Slammed by Colleen Hoover today and so far it is awesome.

message 529: by Sassafrass (new)

Sassafrass (sass-a-frass) | 4192 comments ok ~KarenH~

Here's what I've read so far:
Tart (Delicious, #2) by Lauren Dane --so yummy! PUN definitely intended. LOL I'm really enjoying this series. Plus even better, I've got an ARC for the 3rd book in the series, so I'm going to be reading that soon. :)

Jealous And Freakn' (Freakn' Shifters, #2) by Eve Langlais --such a cute story. I love when unrequited love is finally realized. But it also has menage in it when makes the story even better. I know you said that you wanted to read this series, and I really think you should. Eve Langlais knows how to blend the erotic with the perfect amount of snark. I love laughing with my smexy books.

One Reckless Summer (Destiny, #1) by Toni Blake --OMG, what a great recommendation. I totally fell in love with Mick. You were so right, he was definitely a misunderstood bad boy. I was very surprised at how good (not to mention STEAMY) this was. I'm definitely going to continue with this series. Thanks again for this rec!

I'm still planning to read:
The Locker Room by Amy Lane
Fix You (Second Chances, #1) by Mari Carr
Game for Seduction (Bad Boys of Football, #2) by Bella Andre
Down to You (The Bad Boys, #1) by M. Leighton

and I'm really going to try to get to:
Dragon Bound (Elder Races, #1) by Thea Harrison since you recommended them
and also
Gabriel's Inferno (Gabriel's Inferno #1) by Sylvain Reynard

I just finished Phantom Pleasures - the first half of the book took a while to get into but once I did it was very good - although I did prefer the secondary couple's story.

Jane (PS) | 24334 comments Yz - I finished a second book from your rec list: After the Sunset. 4 stars. I really enjoyed it (as I do nearly all Mary's work) - it was great to catch back up with Rand and Stef and see how they were, and what they were up to :)

I'm now reading a third book off the list! Wes and Toren
