Personality: A cold hearted bitch who uses her charm and beauty to get what she wants. Only cares for her brothers and is a heartless bitch to everyone else.
History: Lisa is the sister of Leonard Snart, better know as Captain Cold. Lisa was a former world class figure skater. Her coach and lover was the Top who was also an adversary of the Flash (Barry Allen) as was Leonard. When the Top died in his attempt to kill Barry Allen, Lisa swore revenge. She acquired a pair of technologically advanced figure skates as well as some high tech weapons and set out to kill the Flash.
Powers: Her primary items are her skates which create their own ice which allows her to skate on any surface or even through mid-air. She also had a number of other items, such as poisoned rings or hypnosis jewels. She is a former Olympic athlete and has the strength, conditioning and agility which would be associated with such a background.

Personality: Axel is the definition of an out of control teenager who is on the border of a psychopath. He has the do what I want when I want attitude and doesn't care what anyone thinks of him. He honestly can't take anything seriously except the rouges and sees The Flash as one long running joke.
History: While the first Trickster was working for the FBI, teenager Axel Walker stole all of Jesse's gadgets and shoes and became the new Trickster. He joined Blacksmith's Network and destroyed files from Goldface and Hunter Zolomon for her. He was also given new "toys" in addition to Jesse's originals. After the defeat of Blacksmith, he was invited to join the new Rogues led by Captain Cold, and accepted. He remained with the new Rogues until the "reformed" Rogues attempted to stop Cold. While the two Tricksters were fighting, the Top gave Jesse's memory back. The original Trickster then defeated his successor and told him never to become the Trickster again.
Powers: The Trickster has a number of trick items that he employs. This includes itching powder, potato head bombs, exploding rubber chickens, exploding yo-yos, sharpened jacks, hard shell candy, and various other joke themed weapons.

Personality: An egotistical madmen who puts his self before everyone else always trying to downplay everyone else around him trying to be better then them which he truly believes he is. Thinks he is more cultured then others and tries to flaunt it.
History: Roscoe Dillon is a small-time crook who turns his childhood obsession with tops into a criminal persona. Roscoe taught himself how to spin around fast enough to deflect bullets and produce other semi-useful effects. The Top soon discovers that the spinning somehow increased his intelligence as well, allowing him to create a variety of trick tops.
Powers: The Top is able to spin at incredible speeds. The spinning for some reason also gave him increased intelligence. The Top’s spinning eventually gives him powerful telekinetic and telepathic powers due to the stimulation of his brain cells. Since his soul returned from hell, he has developed a new mental ability that allows him to induce severe disorientation and vertigo in his victims. The Top also uses spinning tops with gimmicks to them such as glue, explosives, oil and gases.

Personality: Before Thwane was a kind and gentle man devoting his life to studying his hero Flash and dedicating his life to showing the 25th Century just how important he was. That all changed after the museum. Now Thwane is a violent and delusional psychopath determined to "end the "fake's" life once and for all. Very violent when he's forced to face reality, like when he killed Iris Allen because she wouldn't play along, and ruthless by vibrating Wally's unborn twins so bad they were turned to mush and destroyed her insides so they could never have any children again

Powers: Vast Superhuman Speed
Edward possesses such vast speed that not even the likes of Flash can match him.
Negative Speed Force Conduit
Edward created his own Speed Force the same way Barry created the normal Speed Force. By duplicating the incident that granted the latter his powers, Professor Zoom was able to create his own Negative Speed Force by generating it through kinetic energy.
Super Speed
Thwane can tap into it as normal speedsters can with the normal Speed Force and can apparently shut off their connection to the latter by "contaminating" it with negative energy. Through this, he has the ability to create multiple after images like Hunter Zolomon, the modern day Zoom, and can travel through and alter time (a feat which most speedsters were never capable of achieving).
Phasing
Thwane can control his body at the molecular level, allowing him to vibrate his body through solid objects. While in this intangible state, he is able to breathe, but is immune to any airborne viruses. He is also able to vibrate so fast that light doesn't reflect off of him, rendering him invisible to the human eye. He retains sight even in this state.
Human Tornado
Related to his super speed, Thwane is able to run in a circle and create a vortex. This vortex can be used for numerous purposes, such as pulling air out of the centre to suffocate an enemy, levitating whatever is in the centre, send a person in the centre to another dimension, funnel toxic gases, and create a barrier, among other uses. He is also able to create tornado-like winds by spinning his arms quickly, and can use these to various effects, usually offensive.
Vast Superhuman Intelligence
At birth, Thwane was genetically modified to have an IQ of 267. Thwane's brain moves as fast as he does, meaning he is able to think extremely quickly. He is able to read a book at super speed, and retains this information in his short term memory just long enough to implement whatever he has learned. He is also a skilled forensic scientist. He is able to alter his perceptions in such a way that time appears to pass differently for him. In the span of a second he may have experienced years, and been able to alter elements of his environment while the time was passing, such as replacing a falling object or disarming an opponents weapon.
Edward is also very intelligent and although not a very good fighter, Edward uses his genius brain which can react and think at the speed of light, to his advantage.
In Road to Flashpoint, Professor Zoom exhibits his total control of the speed force, such as:
Time Travel
Thwane no longer needs a cosmic treadmill to travel through time. He can do this as effortlessly as running down a city block.
Youth Draining
Thwane can leech off "youth" and time from individuals to add to his own.
Shapeshifting
Thwane can transform into different stages of age appearence such as changing into a boy, or a senior citizen.
Existence Erasing
Thwane also learned to have the power to erase anyone from the timeline, removing all traces of that person's existence. He first tested this on Doug's friend, proving his "theory" worked.
Time Manipulation
When Edward Thwane is experimenting with his new found powers, he goes to the past and freezes time at the exact spot before Barry get's struck by lightning, and freezes time in it's place.

Personality: Cruel, sadistic, obsessive, insane.
History: Abra Kadabra is from the 64th century, at a time when science has made stage magic obsolete. However, he desires a career as a performing magician, so he goes back in time to find an audience to entertain after stealing a time machine and inventing a device to paralyze the guards, and soon clashes with the Flash (Barry Allen). He has a hypnotic device that makes people clap regardless of their thoughts, which he uses to force applause from audiences even when they don't applaud his magic tricks. He finds his magic is being overlooked, so decides to involve himself in important events. When the Flash tries to stop a crime he is committing, he makes the Flash clap, enabling him to escape. He is able to send the Flash into space after challenging him to a fight at the theatre, but the Flash is able to change the course of the planetoid he is on so he is sent back to Earth, and finds Kadabra took his left-behind costume, meaning he can follow the impulses, and Kadabra is jailed.
Powers: With his wand he can technically warp reality, teleport, hypnotize, and escape any prison

Appearance/Villain Outfit:
Personality: Gordon is an outspoken man, with his own opinions on matters, notably in his rants against aliens. He doesn't seem to trust the Justice League, and relies on eloquence to sow that distrust in his audience. He is notably observant, during the launch of the rocket to Mars, it was he who pointed out that Superman was not taking questions. To get his points across he will talk in colorful metaphors to help his audience understand his point of view
History:In his first appearance he confronts the Forever People, who had stumbled upon a recruitment program for Earth-based warriors for Darkseid.
Godfrey remained a relatively unimportant character until 1986 (he had a total of 3 appearances over a decade and a half), when Legends (the first crossover since the Crisis on Infinite Earths) was published. In it, Darkseid attempts to deprive the world of its heroes, not only so that they would be ineffective against Darkseid, but also in the hope that the people of Earth would more willingly surrender to his rule.
Powers: A sub-par athlete and hand to hand combatant, Glorious Godfrey's greatest gifts are his overwhelming speaking voice and his extraordinary powers of persuasion. Whether these are natural gifts or have been augmented by the power of Darkseid has yet to be determined. Godfrey employs a private army called the Justifiers. Earthmen who believe Godfrey's rhetoric and have had their perceptions completely contorted by Godfrey's words. The special helmets worn by the Justifiers allow Glorious Godfrey to control his soldiers even when they are not in his presence.

Personality: Indeterminate to one thing and one thing only. Kill everything in sight to please his lovely mistress of Death.
History: Born to the Eternals Mentor and Sui-San, Thanos was subject to the Deviant gene at birth. As a result, Thanos became like that of a 'mutant' of Titan (the sixth orbiting moon of Saturn) where he developed a purple, hide-like skin along with strength and other physical abilities far surpassing that of other Titans. This mutation also augmented the powers he inherently possessed as a descendant of the Eternals. Growing to become most powerful Titan, his skin would develop in fashion which allowed the Titan to not only absorb cosmic energy at an atomic level but then manipulate it into kinetic force by conscious choice.
Though never shunned by his family as a youth, Thanos was feared and shunned by his fellow Titans peers as a result of his unique qualities. His brother, Eros, was groomed from their childhood to eventually replace their father in the role of what constituted a leader among their people. Eros would throughout their youth be surrounded by loving friends and family whom much favored him over Thanos. Feeling the sting of such ostracism, Thanos would find solace and purpose in other venues. Though one fateful day in an all but forgotten subterranean temple, an enterprising young Thanos would find companionship in the form of Mistress Death.
Powers: Being an Eternal, Thanos has superhuman strength, endurance, reflexes and agility. He is nearly invulnerable, able to endure extreme heat, cold, energies, radiation, and poisons. Due to his genetic heritage, Thanos is immune to aging and disease. Being one of Mentor's oldest children, Thanos' birth is estimated to the around 4000 B.C. Thanos could survive indefinitely without food or water even before Death "cursed" him with immortality.
His mind is invulnerable to most forms of psychic attacks. He has proven to be even more powerful than Moondragon and has even entered into the mind of Galactus and battled him astrally. He can project psionic blasts and travel to the astral plane, as well as read the minds of various individuals including, but not included to Gamora. His telepathic abilities has allowed him to defeat Drax using a Sync-Time-Warp attack, similar in nature to Darksied's Omega sanction. According to Thanos, the attack had been 100 percent fatal until Drax resisted it, but was incapcitated by it. He has also been able to lobotomize powerful individuals, such as the Fallen One with ease, and recently mind controlled the Hulk. This feat is made more impressive due to the fact that the Hulk has high resistance to telepathic attacks because of his anger.
Through meditation and certain mystical techniques, Thanos augmented his power in still other ways, enabling him to tap, transform, and direct vast quantities of cosmic energy for destructive force. He can emit blasts of plasma and cosmic energy of devastating power from his eyes and hands. A example of this was blasting a well fed Galactus with such force, he sent him flying out of his own ship and flying halfway across a planet- though Galactus didn't sustain injury. Thanos has also destroyed his son Rot, in a blast so powerful it made the universe scream. Thanos is also able to manipulate matter and other energies to his own purposes, such as in shields which are not tied to his technology. More interestingly, he was able to rearrange the Fallen One's brain on the atomic level to lobotomize and mind control him, as well as heal Moondragon of a supposedly fatal disease just by touching her.
Like other Eternals, Thanos has the natural ability to teleport, and can also do so through the use of technology. His use of Tech may be due to the fact that Eternals find the process uncomfortable and it drains their power temporarily. However, given Thanos' power and durability, he may use Tech to teleport out of habit, rather than necessity.
Thanos amplified his own abilities during his early life, prior to his published appearances. His physical attributes are considered exponentially superior to those of other Eternals. He is one of the strongest beings in the universe, being able to lift far in excess of 100 tons without any effort. He was able to simultaneously engage Thor, Thing, Professor Hulk and Hercules in hand-in-hand combat and hold his own. His earliest incarnation effortlessly defeated Drax the Destroyer and destroyed a planet in the process. He has even beaten the likes of the Silver surfer to the brink of death with a handful of blows.
Thanos possesses remarkable resilience and durability and has brushed off physical attacks from traditional powerhouses such as Thor and Drax. He was even able to trade blows with a maddened Thor in possession of the Power Gem, and was enjoying the fight, until he froze the Thunder God in a block of pure energy, using an experimental weapon. Perhaps what is even more impressive is Thanos' durability to Energy based attacks. He has taken a full power blast from the Silver Surfer without so much as flinching, and seemed unaffected by Odin's blasts until the latter called on his enchanted spear to amplify his power. Even after that, Thanos was not defeated, although Odin had the upper-hand in the battle. He has survived attacks from top tier abstracts, including Kosmos, Omega, and even Galactus, although with the latter two, this was done with the aid of his personal shields. He is even highly resistant to reality and matter manipulation as shown in his travels during the Thanos Quest.
Death resurrected Thanos and increased all of his abilities, giving him even greater resilience and energy manipulating abilities. He is currently one of the most powerful beings in all the universe. Thanos' powers have increased to an unknown level, but its a massive upgrade from his previous form. He has also become immortal, and has been shown to be able to regenerate from a skeleton.
Thanos was born with superhuman intelligence and has spent much of his life acquiring knowledge. While in the service of Death, he spent a great deal of time gazing into the Infinity Well and learning "secrets" of the galaxy. Aside from the Watchers, he is, perhaps, the most knowledgeable being in the known universe. Thanos' brilliance has allowed him to develop some of most advanced technology in the universe. His has allowed him to erect force fields. Galactus has drained himself in piercing them, while they were also able to take assualts from a Power Gem weilding Thor and Champion, at least briefly. They were even able to protect him from Omega, a being stated to be twice as powerful as Galactus.
Thanos has also trained Gamora, helping her to become one of the universe's most feared assassins. While Gamora's training predates meeting Thanos, she has been given numerous upgrades by him, and was trained by him to assassinate Adam Warlock.
However, it seems that recently Thanos has been weakened to below levels shown in The Thanos Imperative. During the Avengers Assemble arc, he opted to have the Hulk fight the Avengers instead of doing it himself. He also was warped against his own wishes by a man made cosmic cube, and afterwards quickly defeated by a large group of Avengers, among which Groot and Captain America were able to hurt him. While this may be due to being weakened by the cosmic cube, it may be a more accurate representation of future versions of the character, or just inconsistent writing.

Personality: The quietest of the rouges. He is a pyromaniac and obsessed with fire. Becoming Heatwave was more of a way to escape his sickness and turn it into a gimmick, something to make him fell better about himslef.
History: Born on a farm outside Central City, Mick Rory became fascinated with fire, as a child. This fascination turned into an obsession and one night, he set his family's home ablaze. His obsession was so great, that he simply watched the flames engulf his house, instead of running to get help. After this event, Rory went to live with his uncle. His pyromania continued and he was forced to run away after locking a schoolmate in his house and setting it on fire, after the boy locked Rory in a meat locker during a field trip. He took a job as a fire eater with a traveling circus. This did not last long either, as he ended up setting the circus on fire. He has an intense fear of cold, called cryophobia. This was due to a school field trip (noted above) to a slaughterhouse, during which one of his friends locked him in a freezer. It was these events that made him desperate to fight his fire obsession and after seeing the Rogues in action in Central City, he decided to use his mania to become a villain. He created a protective costume made of asbestos (this was back before the dangers of asbestos were known), built a gun-sized flamethrower, and became Heat Wave.
Powers: Heat Wave carries a hand held flamethrower that allows him to project a concentrated stream of fire at opponents. He wears an asbestos suit with a breathing mask that affords him protection against fire and heat.
