Help me find book by plot PLEEEEEASE!!!

Please help me find this book. I don`t recall author or the title. I only remember the plot. It was about young woman who finally escaped from her village and was found by a shapeshifters leader (in the forest, I think). She has cuts all over her body, or only arms. It was due to her blood powers. People with which she were living, were using her blood to foreseen the future. Shapeshifters leader had to make decision to take her with him and fight with people she left, or leave her for death where she was.
