Vladimir (mrvladimir) | 9 comments I have a problem with combining the editions.

These two books:
1. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/12...
2. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/12...

is only one book in English:

1. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/18...

and it's only one in Hungarian:

1. http://books.google.rs/books/about/R%...

How should I combine the two books with only one? The translation is separated into two parts because the books is huge, but it's basically one book.

Vladimir (mrvladimir) | 9 comments So you just basically put the two edition book under the edition of the one edition book :D?

Gebanuzo, have you read the Librarian Manual.

I think we don't. If Ararat 1 and Ararat 2 are each half of The Dukays then we treat them as we would treat any book that is split in two. They stay separate from the combined edition and also separate from each other.

Do you know if this book:
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/10...
is the full book or one of the halves?

Vladimir (mrvladimir) | 9 comments There's no number of pages, but I suppose that it's one of the halves. Bratstvo-Jedinstvo, the publisher, made all Ararat editions in two books since 1965, when they published the first translation, till 1975. I own 1965 editions of Ararat 1 and 2 and I saw 1975 editions.

*P.S. Even the protecting cover (http://www.goodreads.com/book/photo/1...) for 1972 and 1975 edition is the same.

OK. I've separated the three Ararats.

Unless we can say that it is definitely one or the other it should probably stay separate.
