I haven't tried explorer, but I couldn't get on this morning and doesn't appear as if I can now.

I have actually managed to get on with Firefox but it is very slow.
Hey guys, in case anyone gets messages when there is a post to this group...I just wanted to let you know I'm locked out of Shelfari for some reason. Haven't been getting the emails for a few weeks and tonight I can't even log in. Will try again tomorrow.

Sorry we obviously don't check in here often enough....many of us were locked out.
I am here, and love the idea of a 12 step program for Shelfari addicts!!!!! I already had an account here from the first rumours this might happen, but really haven't been here much, so will have to import everything added to Shelfari since then. It will probably be busy here in surges as Shelfarians move their shelves over here.

Lesley, none of us have been all that successful with it. If someone is, they will give us guidelines.
I just needed patience, and the email help person was very polite. Just have to wait now for the actual shelf to be filled.

Just got in yesterday! My shelves transferred from Shelfari, most of them anyway. I'm Diane now but I used to be Bookkaddict with the owl icon on Shelfari. I'm keeping the same icon for now. Looking forward.

Yes, Blueberry, I got offline regarding books for a while as I was really concentrating on finding a job. Then, that job was really restrictive regarding computer use. I could never get online at home due to the kids and dreary things like preparing dinner....but I'm happy to be back! Still finding my way around

When I first came to GR several years ago, I enjoyed looking at my friends shelves and clicking on/adding books that I had read. There were actually a lot of books that I never added to Shelfari that I put on my shelf here.

That's what I got too! Hope it really is a short novel. I can't believe you want to start a programme for shelfari addicts - that sounds like we need to be cured, I don't want to be cured!
