I can remember reading this book when on holiday in France. I talked about the book to two Americans at the time who'd also read the book.And we compared notes. I'm sure you will enjoy the book as it paints a graphic picture of what life was like for Malcolm X. What happened to his father is sad but it made Malcolm struggle from an early age to make his way in life.Drugs, crime and a thousand other social crimes all figure in his life but what he did about them makes the book.Enjoy the read.
