History: when Hazel was around 10 and her sister Mary was about 6, her brother, Oak, was called for the reaping. He died in the hunger games, murdered by a career. Hazel and Oak were best friends and Hazel was destroyed. Her mother had died a year after Mary was born. She loved her father very much and he is still alive. She loves her sister too. Ever since her brothers death Hazel has been bolder, but certain things remind her of her brother and she gets scared.

She went to school, laughed at her brother's jokes and braided Hazel's hair because their mother was dead and couldn't do it anymore. Not once did she think she would be picked at the reaping. Not once.

History: Lived on the poor side of the district with her brother and parents. Her mother died giving birth to her younger brother Febrizio Owens when Geneva was only 6. Her father is alive and still just as humorous until Geneva was chosen.

She still thought some had good in them. Then she discovered that she could be wrong.

History:
Rhett is from district seven, the place that specializes in lumber and paper. He was born from a large family, with many cousins, aunts, uncles, and siblings. He was the youngest of his six brothers, and it seemed that there was always an extra mouth to feed. And his father was someone who believed that you should work for everything you have, a thought that Rhett does not share, but it wasn't like he could exactly rebel against the person who feeds him. So at an early age, his father made him work, helping cut down trees and other such things. In spare time, for fun, his family would throw axes at a target, it was a pretty common thing to do. And Rhett, always eager to show off, threw himself into it and, and fell in love with the axe. However, he occasionally wishes that he could have been trained with a sword instead, because it seems slightly cooler, but you can't win them all. His family had gotten through reapings unscathed, never hearing anyone but their brother's wife's cousin's sister's daughter being called, so it was a shock when Rhett's name was called. It was silly, but he always felt safe, as if there wasn't a chance in the world he would be sent to the hunger games. But his name was called, and now he's being sent to die.
Family: He has a large family, and has six older brothers, his parents and all of his grandparents are still alive and kicking.

Strengths: Rope (nooks and knots), CPR, anything with aim, has great stamina, is best with a trident or spear, can hold her breath for 1 and a half minutes, an amazing swimmer, is stealthy, and is fast.
Weakness: She doesn't like fighting, and is useless in hand-to-hand combat, and with sword-like weapons except for a dagger. She's more of a person who fights better from afar.
History: (Before Reaping Day)Having lived by the sea, so she practically grew up under water. Her father was a fisherman, so she would go fishing with him. She lived in her bathing-suit. Everyday after school she would run to the beach and jump straight into the ocean.Everyone there loved the water, but Marina had an extra-special bond with it. Then her mom died, when she was eight. In the same accident that killed Skylar Greene's Mom and Dad. Sky was Mari's best friend, a 15 year old at the time, but age didn't matter, especially after the accident. The Summers took Sky in, only for her to be ripped away at the reaping. She won the games. But she'd be better off dead. Sky refused to talk to anyone, despite the pleading Mari. The only thing Sky has given Mari since she came back was a hug. She ran right into Mari's arms once she got off the train. And did the same when Marina was called. (After Reaping) Once the peacekeepers pulled her dad out, Sky came in, bawling. Mari stood there in shocked silence as her friend cried. The peacekeeper re-entered the room, and Sky hugged to Marina. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You have to win!" She said in a strangled whisper, as the peacekeeper grabbed her arm. Marina just had time to whisper back "I forgive you." Before they were torn apart.

History: She was a very smart girl with everything she learn. She very talent on what ever was taught to her. She was a loner she don't like making friends because, of her parents and all. She never really on having a crush on fall in love.
