I decided to be a little more cautious this year and didn't set my reading goal too high, but I'm ahead of schedule, too!
I'm in another group and have committed to at least 100 books this year - so far I'm at 15 books.Last year - literally up to 11:45 pm New Years eve...I read the last of my TWO HUNDRED books in 2012!
Jonetta wrote: "15???? Already!!!???"yeah... I read ALL the time and I read fast. I read at lunch and I read while watching TV - like as soon as I get off the computer! lol
I just finished book 14 and will be starting 15 tonight. So, I am ahead of my goal of 12 books per month. I realize most months will not be like this, so I'm trying crank out as much reading as I can to make up for the months I may fall behind.
That is great, Monica! I finished another book last night so should be at 10. The book I'm reading now is 400+ pages and a paperback so I think may be slowing down a bit.
I'm at 10 too and was kinda proud of it until the reading machines named ARK and Monica weighed in:)Great job, both of you. And Monica, I don't know where you get the time with a new baby.
Nursing isn't just great for Annabel, I obviously benefit from it, too ;). And I made a mistake, I'm on book 14, not 15.

I didn't say anything about housework tho did I ?
I'm not going to go for 200 again tho - just the 100 my other group has as a challenge. I've GOT to get back to writing!Book #3 won't write itself... altho sometimes I think they do... characters take over ya know?
