I'm looking for titles on two sets of books.
1) a sequal to "the light of other Days". I've read this years ago. part of the plot involves retreiving intelligent dinosaurs from before the time their final war ended with one side dropping an asteroid on the losers.

2) the is a trilogy I read many years ago. Part of the plot involves a one-armed vietnam vet (who uses a sword to strenghen his remaining arm) getting caught in a time probe from the far future. This is a future that has had WW III and two telepath wars so far.
