Interview characters

I don't know of anyone else who has done this, but over the next 4 weeks, I am interviewing some of the characters from my novels. Today, I interviewed Nina Andrews from my novel On the Other Hand. Even though she is a fictional character, I have had comments from readers say that they still think about her, wondering how she was doing, or if she was okay.
