*Sniffs* I just finished Unhinged! I didn't know there was a sequel and when I found it I was dancing in the store! I LOVE MORPHEUS!
He is so nice and sweet and manipulative and amazing.
Ok the 'nice and sweet' part is a rare but....he is in love with her to the end of the earths and is so excited to have a kid with her he uses her boyfriend as a pawn.
That came out wrong. But Morpheus is so much better and he gives her a chance to spread her wings (literately) and fly! But Jeb keeps her cooped up when she's more powerful than him so what's the point?
No! I do not want her to live a human life with Jeb then treat Morpheus like a second priority and a backup plan.

Probably Morpheus, I've always loved the dark and mysterious guys. I'm not sure so I'll probably decide at the end of the series.

Aside from the point you just made, I don't think Len and Jeb are that much alike, actually.

Huh. I prefer the cannon pairings (AlyssaxJeb or AlyssaxMorpheus), but I kinda like AlyssaxJenera.

True.
Len-kun has a much softer, wimpier (it's true X3) attitude. He's also 14 and somewhat abless (LOL)
Jeb can't really be compared to a VOCALOID.

I did think Len was more passive then Jeb.
Jeb and Morpheus are very different characters with polar opposite personalities. It wouldn't be fair to say that one is better than the other. However, personally I find that reading about Morpheus is more entertaining. Witty characters make stories more light and fun. In Addition, Alyssa is a bit hot-temepered which adds more to the humor when Morpheus and Alyssa bump heads.

Which is why I completely agree they are polar opposites ;)

Totally agree with Sophia. Plus, Morpheus is totally the Wonderworld side of Alyssa, and you can tell he really, really loves her, and he's known her since she was a TODDLER, so he's not a creepy stranger or anything. Plus, the hat, the accent(hear the audiobook, anyone?), and the color changing jewels under his eyes are amazing! Oh, BTW, he doesn't APPLY eyeliner, they're permanent netherling markings:)

I saw a Sophia when I was reading in order to catch up with this thread.
So, I saw on here that it seemed like people think people on Team Moth doesn't like Jeb just because Jeb is the other possibility for Alyssa. Is this true? I mean, in my case, saying I like Jeb would be a lie, but he's one of the types of people I'm not really a huge fan of in real life as well, and that bit of realism there in the midst of the fantastical is credit to Ms. Howard. But am I the only one who doesn't like Jeb just because of his personality and not just for his relationship with Alyssa?

I agree, before Morpheus came along I didn't necessarily like him but in Unhinged he started to grow on me but I am Team Moth all the way!

I think it should just be said that on the covers, Jeb looks like someone you wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley, whereas Morpheus looks like someone who is loyal and a deep thinker. And Alyssa just looks like someone who is a bit insane and artistic.
Altogether, the cover artist did a good job communicating their characteristics XD

And LOL. You crack me up about the covers. I'm so glad Alyssa comes off as someone slightly insane. That was actually my contribution during the evolution of her cover. She was too clean and innocent when they did the first mock-up, like Eve in the Garden of Eden. I told them to rough her up and make her look like she's been through some crazy stuff. And the artist nailed it. ;)
