You're welcome!

I forgot to say that the first book throne of glass is pretty young ya. I enjoyed it the first time I read it, but the sequel crown of midnight was a lot better in my opinion. So if you're not crazy on the first book, I think each book gets better in the series.

NandoNando | 3 comments Okay, I'll keep that in mind!

Alexa (tylexie) I'm about to start reading Throne of Glass... just have to finish the series I'm reading first. Saving the best (hopefully) for last!

abby (smash the patriarchy) (bookish_abby) | 2 comments Hello! I just started the series last week. I'm currently reading Crown of Midnight. :)

Karen | 44 comments What I really would love to have as a side novella type thing is HoF from Rowan's POV, and/or some of his adventures pre-Aelin... the cadre (maybe not and/or ....just and)

That would also be awesome.

And Elena and Gavin's war?

YES a book similar to The Assassin's Blade but features the witch war, the war with Ewaran(I think I got his name spelled right), Rowan's past, a few other tales mentioned in the series.

definitely, gotta keep it going! haha!
I just like the HoF book so much that I would love to have more of the same scenes from Rowan's POV.... fill in the gaps, you know? Plus, some fill in scenes that Aelin wasn't really in too.

I just finished TOD for the second time.... not sure what to read for the next 6 days. Maybe EoS again...

I'm finishing up with Shadow of the Fox and then going to catch up on some tv shows I missed and continue with one of my anime marathons. That should keep me busy until Tuesday.

I'M SCARED AND EXCITED AT THE SAME TIME!!!

Dimitar | 6 comments With Kingdom Of Ash ended a whole era, a whole universe, not jut the series I spent six years with. Love is a small word to express my feelings about it. I am currently in the process of buying the series in hardcover for my collection, and rereading the books.

Alexa Bonetto (alexarabbit) Hola!

I started the series a while ago and I am on Tower of Dawn. I have to say that Rowaelin is relationship goals

Céline~ | 10 comments Hey people! This trend is old but here goes nothing... I discovered ToG last week and I'm loving it. I'm currently half-way through Queen of Shadows, in which Celeana's past as assassin is mentioned quite a lot. This makes me super curious about the novelas about her. I'm wondering when would be best to read them? After I'm done reading the whole series, or rather in-between tomes so I don't get swept with the more intense sides of the story?
(please no spoilers)
Cheers!

hinaluvsbooks (itshannahbooks) | 3 comments Hey Celine, I’ve read all of TOG and I read the Assassins Blade just before reading Tower of Dawn but I do wish I read it earlier on in the series. It is necessary in my opinion to understanding things in the later books, personally I would read it as is quite enjoyable. I would read it before Empire of storms, it helps understanding when they mention Celaena’s past. Hope this helps :)

Hey Hannah, thanks for replying. And yes, it does help. I was thinking it might be a good idea to read them before getting too advanced into the series. Do you think I should read them beef finishing Queen of Shadows ? I feel like things are getting so intense that I might not enjoy the novelas as much later on...

I think it would definitely help to understand the series if you read Assasins Blade before finishing Queen of Shadows. But from personal experience, I think that it would really help to read it before Empire of Storms. I quite enjoyed the Novellas it was really interesting to learn about Celaena's past and understand all the references in the earlier books. I hope you are enjoying Queen Of shadows I think it is my favourite TOG book.

Céline~ | 10 comments Ok, thanks :) I just reached the end of Part 1 so I might take a break to read a novela. I probably will read the rest at the end of the book because I won't be able to put it down for too long.
I'm thoroughly enjoying the whole thing! The addiction appeared hard and fast xD All the books are so different from one another. So far, I think this one and Crown of Midnight are my favorite. Crown of Midnight because we finally start to see more of each character, especially Celaena. And QoS because now we're really into the thick of it. And we learn so so much more about who she was as Celeana. Loving it loving it loving it!
